How do I know if a new template is required?

When you see data appearing in the wrong columns, a new template is required.

Data appearing in the wrong columns means that there is a difference in the position of the table on the page that you have used to create the template, and the position of the table that is on the page that is being processed. In this case we recommend that a template is created from the page to be processed, to ensure that the columns are aligned correctly for this file.
