Land Registry Charts (Day 4 of 6)
My exploratory data analysis of Land Registry data in November 2020:
Ownership history for St. Pauls House, Church Street, Canterbury - the property with the highest number of overseas proprietors
The property with the most overseas owners is a retail showroom currently operating as a ‘bathstore’ in Canterbury, not exactly what I was expecting:)
Building the several different elements of this graph and seeing it come together was gripping as the possibilities are so wide. Doing it again I might use labels on each line at the purchase date in a matching colour instead of the text on the right-side for a clearer representation of the property’s ownership history.
