New extraction ability: Two dates per transaction (like in ABN AMRO bank statements)

A statement format that looks nice, but makes extracting transactions difficult is showing two dates in the same column like this:

See the smaller dates in parenthesis on the left?

This means that dates can't be used to separate each transaction. With the latest version of StatementReader we can now cater for these bank statements and extract the transactions row by row into Excel.
