New: No Excel needed

We have now removed the need to have Excel installed on the user's machine; this improves the availability and stability of StatementReader. We've also kept the formatting and hyperlinks our users rely on when validating their data in Excel.

And, if you do open the StatementReader output with Excel, we've added the ability to see the previous cell value as a cell comment when running the automated StatementReader validation checks.
