In October 2012, I was passed 1,600 original bank statements that needed to be entered into a spreadsheet for financial analysis.  I was dreading the manual job of inputting the bank statements into Microsoft Excel so I contacted David Elms, who I knew was in the early stages of developing StatementReader.  He was very helpful and used a beta test version of the application to process the pages.

I was thrilled with the results.

Without StatementReader I would have had to type over 20,000 bank transactions.  Not only has StatementReader freed up my time to complete other important tasks and not spend every evening for two weeks in the office, but I was also able to remove the human-error that would have occurred if I entered the data manually.
